Born in Ashtabula, Ohio, to two fitness professionals, Jam Murphy literally grew up with health and fitness. Competitive gymnastics made her an athlete at a young age, and she has built on that foundation of discipline and hard work every day since. Personal training came very naturally for her, and her Body by JAM brand was born in 2007. She eats, drinks, and sleeps her mantra, "Anything is possible," and believes it's important to spread the message. Jam tells us, "My success as a personal trainer and nutritionist has opened up many exciting doors for me, including The Next Fitness Star!"
